we went streaking in the park skinny dipping in the dark. | friday nights were by far Aria's favorite time of the week. not only because classes were over for two full days but because she could go and have some fun. technically she could have fun any night she wanted but friday nights to her was when she could really let loose. she didn't have to worry about being in bed by a certain time for classes the next morning. nor did she have to worry about much of anything really. the only thing she had to worry about was consuming too much alcohol that she wound up in an awkward position that she couldn't get herself out of. it had happened more then once, much to her dismay. so she vowed to herself to limit her drinking. she didn't need alcohol to have fun. Aria was a blast all on her own in her mind. it just helped in some ways. everyone seemed to loosen up a lot easier and a lot more when they had alcohol in their system. it had been a long and stressful week so Aria was looking forward to this friday night more then ever. she had finished an essay for each of her classes and was even signed up for an extra credit assignment in her wandware class. she didn't need the extra credit she just wanted the assignment. so she was looking forward to a weekend of letting go and just having fun. the next week didn't look to be any lighter then the week she had just completed so it would be a weekend she needed. some would claim she had enough fun to last her a life time but Aria would disagree in a great amount.
dropping her school bag at the foot of her bed Aria kicked off her shoes, tapping her toes against the cold hardwood floor. it felt nice to get her shoes off for a while. taking the clip out of her hair, shaking her head from side to side allowing the hair to fall freely. running her fingers through the long strands of her hair, giving herself a few moments to unwind before she needed to start getting ready again. it took her quite a while to get ready only for the pure fact that she could be rather indecisive when she wanted to be. especially when it came to her outfit. Aria wasn't one of those girls that felt just because she slept around meant she had to dress like she did. sure she loved tight fitting clothes that showed off her curves and usually more skin then most. however that was because she worked hard to keep in the shape she was in and she was proud of her body. it wasn't as though she was wearing skirts so short they showed off her goods when she bent over. nor did she wear tops that were so low cut her boobs could pop out at any moment. she actually felt that she was sutle in her sexiness. there was no sense in showing everything off, had to leave the guys guessing a little bit. falling back into her bed Aria looked over at the clock. no sensible person went out before nine in the evening so she still had over five hours to get ready. if she showered now it would save her from having to do so later. considering she had to still pick out her outfit and that was what always took forever she figured that was her best option.
pushing herself up off her bed she gathered her bathing stuff together. since she shared her bathroom with a few other girls she never left her stuff in there. most of it was expensive, top of the line products. she wasn't leaving it behind for them to get their dirty hands on. entering the shared bathroom Aria turned the water to the shower on, then stripped out of her clothes. stepping into the shower, the warm water washing down over her body she closed her eyes. it felt so relaxing, as though it was releasing all the tension from her body. sighing softly she begun her shower routine, washing herself from head to toe. once she was all rinsed off she stepped out of the shower, wrapped a towel around her then returned to her room. with the easy task done now she was face with the hardest task for the evening. her outfit. opening the doors to her wardrobe Aria starred at the mass amounts of clothes before her. she had far to much to choose from, which was usually the issue, but she couldn't bring herself to part with any of it.
biting down upon her lower lip as she fingered through her clothes, trying on things as she went. nothing really standing out at her though. tonight not only did she want her outfit to pop she also wanted it to sparkle. she might not have known which club she was going too but she did know that she wasn't going home alone. everything she tried on just wasn't working for her. trying on her last pair of skinny jeans she twisted and turned in front of the mirror, a slight smile creeping upon her lips. it was a start. piece by piece she brought her outfit finally together. standing in front of the mirror looking at her reflection she had achieved exactly what she was aiming for. sliding on the finishing touch of her black strappy heels and grabbing her black clutch purse, even she was impressed with herself. making sure her wand was tucked away within her purse, double checking to make sure she had everything she need as well. Aria left her dorm and started across the campus. there was always a party somewhere on friday nights, she just had to find it.
as she crossed the campus though, a familiar face appeared almost stopping her dead in her tracks. a smirk spread across her lips as she looked him up and down. oh dear. it seemed the party would have to wait as she had something far more important to attend too. Winter Scamander. the one and only guy to have turned her down thus far. though it didn't teeter her determination. honestly his rejection was just like a challenge to her. one that had lasted several years now but she still wasn't ready to throw in the towel just yet. her feet almost seemed to carry her directly too him without any effort. "well hello there winter." she greeted him in an unusually happy tone. even if she was sure that he'd be less then pleased to see her, like usual, this was bound to bring her some entertainment. "wasn't aware you had started here." as the statement left her lips her eyes roamed over him once again. "i'd almost think you were avoiding me or something." Aria was sure she was right on that one. "do you need a guide love? i could show you all the good spots." winking at him as a smile spread across her lips. her evening could wait, merlin knew when she left Winter she'd be even more in the mood for a drink then she had been before.

And I can't describe there's something about the way you change me few people really got under winter scamander's skin really. honestly there wasn't very many that he couldn't actually physically stand or people that he wanted to punch in the face, or people that he yelled that or people that he insulted or people that he spoke rudely to. he was a generally nice person and hating people wasn't on this to do list. winter had always been more of a peace before war type of a guy. the one that said you were innocent before you were proven guilty. he liked to make friends instead of enemies. however he had one weakness to all of this and that, that was sluts. winter hated sluts. he hated sluts with all of his heart. they made him want to throw up all his lunch and want to dive for his bed pretending he had the flu. this was all his mothers fault. his mother and that stupid photograph with his possible fathers. he remembered the first time that he was handed the photograph, his reaction and the way he burned it. how lysander and shane had tried to stop him but failed so miserably, the picture had already been burned to pieces and winter had yet to regret. the ounce of respect that winter held for his mother was just to give rights to the fact that she had give birth to him and that was pretty much it. apart from that and his name winter wanted nothing to do with his mother. he'd been able to change his name at any point he wanted to do, but somehow that ounce of respect he had for his mother always held him back. stupid winter and his stupid conscious and his stupid correction. why did he always have to do the right thing even when it came to such bad people like his mother? he hated that woman, hated her and winter didn't hate anyone! of course then there was aria flint... but that was another fantasy altogether.
aria flint was that exception to winter's rule. however much she may whore herself out winter couldn't help but feel slightly attracted to her though he would never in a million year admitted to her face. it would give her more joy and that was something that winter was not about to give her. he almost enjoyed telling her no, when she'd tried to seduce him at hogwarts and how at first he'd been completely and utterly repulsed by the thought of being with aria. it was something that honestly his stomach turn, but at a second thought she was rather pretty... no she wasn't. aria flint however was currently not the most important thing on her mind. tony was dragging him on one of their friday night adventures and as winter quickly exited their dorm, late to go pick up his friend at the library, well more like rescue his friend at the library, he couldn't feel worse... until he ran into the devil herself. her smirk made his stomach flip in the unease matter. great, tony was going to kill him. every conversation with aria made winter in such a terrible mood. he raised an eyebrow at her greeting, smiling a little then dropping it. "aria," it felt strange to address her this way, almost like he was a stranger but worse like they were past lovers and she had the upper hand. his stomach made another flip of disgust. his face turned into a look that just significant the way he felt, completely insulted. "i'm only a year below you flint, though so much smarter," he said, a little smirk appearing on his face in return. he hoped to wipe that one of hers. this time winter laughed a little at her words. "if i was avoiding you we wouldn't be speaking at the moment," he said the smirk deepening. however at her next words the smirk was completely written off his face with a look of disgust came over. "i wouldn't want to go anywhere that you would consider a good spot, it's probably dirty, grimy and disgusting," said winter wrinkled his nose a little, trying but failing to hide his his disgust. [/div] tag aria </3, jeans and tee, hehe so excited!

we went streaking in the park skinny dipping in the dark. | Aria never quite understood what it was about Winter that kept her coming back. aside from the fact that he seemed like the only male that could continue to turn her down. sure he was cute, but he wasn't usually the type of guy she went after. in fact, she usually didn't waste much more time then was required on any guy. there was just something about him, something that had her intrigued and coming back for more. something that she hoped would go away if she ever got what she wanted from him. it didn't cease to amuse her though how he was truly one of the only males that kept popping back up in her mind. with the exception of Mason of course, but that was another story all on its own. Mason Aesalon was a special case, in more ways then one. thinking about him often got her in a bad mood simply because he was someone who could stir something in her. something besides lust and desire. thankfully for her the only people that knew about Mason was her siblings and Nyla. she trusted them with her life and therefore would share her secrets with them, and only them. it wasn't like Aria to think about any one male for any length of time but Winter seemed to keep snaking his way back in there. how, she didn't know. it almost made her laugh when she would see someone or something and they would remind her of the fellow ravenclaw. she hadn't been aware that he had started at the University though. not that she didn't expect him to be, though some students didn't come to the University after graduating from Hogwarts. the thought thrilled her though, last year had been a wee bit boring without him.
"thats the greeting i get, after all this time?" a slight pout worked its way onto her lips. "no hello? no hey? just Aria? i thought we were past that Winter." she grinned, taking a slight step towards him. "really? that's the best insult you can come up with?" making a tsking sound she shook her head at him. "though i do like the idea of you being below me." she smirked, winking at him. "since when did we go back to last names? first its just Aria and now its Flint? you really need to make up your mind darling." oh this was just too much fun. "if you were smarter then me, then you would be in the same year as me. after all, if you were that smart then they would need to advance you a year." shrugging her shoulders as the comment left her lips. she knew people didn't think she was smart enough to be in Ravenclaw, but what they didn't know wouldn't hurt them. of course, she assumed his comment was just meant to irritate her or perhaps harm her, but she had thicker skin then that. she was a Flint for merlin's sake. taking another step closer to him, she slowly ran her finger down his arm. "you honestly think that? how many times did you try to avoid me back at Hogwarts? yet how many times did we wind up bumping into one another? you didn't think that was a simple coincidence did you? and here you try claiming your smarter then me." allowing her hand to fall down to her side she looked at him, the smirk on her lips turning into an actual smile.
seeing him smirked actually made her smile. it looked good on him, though she was sure it was only brought out in her presences. since he seemed more like the smiling type of guy. "you know what i think?" she asked, though she didn't wait for him to answer. "i think you enjoy our little run ins as much as i do. you just won't admit it to yourself." confidence seeped through her words as she spoke to him. it was a secret that she enjoyed their run ins, she often found them exhilarating. which led her to believe that if she could get him into bed then it would be just as amazing in there. "in fact, i would put a wager in that you walk away feeling the same way i do. all of your senses are alive, and you tingle from head to toe. merlin its terrific." she leaned in and whispered in his ear then pulled away, laughing softly. a laugh that only seemed to grow at his comment and she shook her head. "do i look like a girl that enjoys going into dirty areas?" Aria asked raising her eyebrow at him. "hardly." dirt was never something she had been a fan of. something that could be blamed solely on her mother. whenever Aria would come in dirty from playing with Lucian she would get in trouble and sent to clean up almost immediately. over the years it just stuck with her. "you wouldn't find a single ounce dirt on me. if you don't believe me, feel free to check for yourself." she smirked, reaching up and tucking a few strands of hair behind her ear. "you would never find a better guide then me, but its your lost if you wish to turn it down." again, she thought solemnly to herself. turning her down was something he was getting increasingly good at. she'd have to find some way to break him. she was throwing in the towel just yet.

And I can't describe there's something about the way you change me winter didn't like hating people. actually in general he wasn't a hating person, if he disliked someone to the point of hating them there was generally something really wrong with them. or at least maybe something was wrong with winter... now that was a laughable topic, apart from being adopted something that was quite difficult to hide from the lovable eighteen year old, he didn't do many things wrong. he didn't drink too often, only because he hated the affects that alcohol gave a person. he'd never tried any type of drug. his best friend was a girl who he was clearly in something with though winter would never admit that to himself much less to the chirpy red head. the thought of red made winter shiver on the inside. it was really such a wonderful thing to think about. she was the most wonderful thing on the planet, nothing could ever top her... then there was something that according to winter only annoyed him half to death. this would be aria. flint, as he adored to call her, could not possibly be sluttier meaner or just snarkier. how they are currently in the same house in far beyond his reasoning as he would have placed the brunette in slytherin if he had been the sorting hat. however he hadn't been and the only thing that aria reminded him of was his mother. which was exactly why he hated her. he hated how his mother had fallen pregnant in her study years. he absolutely abhored that, found it the most horrible thing that a woman could do to herself. it was almost as if lowering yourself to that standard in a way. he was the result of a whore who had gotten herself pregnant and having one throw herself at him made his stomach in disgust. he wondered if he would ever be able to look at aria with a decent face, however winter knew that would be highly unlikely.
he glared at her, she was standing almost at his height with the heels that she wore and though the back of his might told him how attractive she was, the rest of him just wanted to get away from the sight of her. the sound of his name at her lips made a look of disgust tremble across his facial expression. "since when are we past a greeting?" he asked raising a slight eyebrow. winter sighed, he wasn't very good at being mean, though aria did pull the best mean out of him. "nothing disgusts me more than the thought of you anywhere near me," he snapped darkly. he pressed his lips together, he didn't want to stand here and speak to her. he would have rather stared at a screen and done nothing than this. "the thing is, flint, i would like to stay in my year as the girls in my year are actually classy unlike yourself," he shook his head a little at the girl before him as she shrugged her shoulders. did she just enjoy driving him completely and utterly insane? did she sit up every night and think up ways of "how am i going to make winter more insane today?" because winter was seriously starting to think that. as she took a step closer winter didn't move, it would look childish to take a step backwards. "oh dear flint, consider it done, we shall not speak ever again if i really want to avoid you," winter was quite good at avoiding people, all aria had to do was ask mattie's ex boyfriend. winter avoided him in honor to not kill him. winter laughed a little as aria spoke. however when she spoke about he felt and the way she did it, he couldn't help remember the last time they had spoken... he had felt that way when he had walked away. "yes snapped winter, he moved his nose at the mentioned of checking her. "i'm better off checking dirt for dirt." he said shaking his head a little. he raised an eyebrow. how many times was he going to need to turn her down? he would need a lot of drink before going anywhere with her and winter didn't drink a lot. "i'd rather jump off a cliff," he spoke lowly. it was harsh yes but winter didn't care. [/div] tag aria </3, jeans and tee, yay sorry took so long!!!

we went streaking in the park skinny dipping in the dark. | though ninety percent of the time Aria adored arguing with Winter, she always did wonder why he hated her so much. all she had ever done was try to be nice to him and flirted with him, dozens of guys would kill to be in his shoes so she really didn't see what his problem was. she knew everyone was entitled to their own opinion but it never ceased to amaze her how many people judged a person by their actions or their looks. it was a pecular thing to Aria because it wasn't something she ever did. sure, when it came to guys she preferred ones that were good looking but that didn't mean she didn't talk to the less fortunate ones. everyone deserved a chance didn't they? a lot of people didn't usually approach Aria because they heard rumors about her being a bitch and sometimes she could be but she always tried to give someone a chance before being a bitch to them. it wasn't until someone harmed her or pissed her off that she crossed them off her list of being nice to and then they got to see what a bitch she could be. the question was, why hadn't Winter made it on that list yet? he was constantly rude to her, disliked her more then anyone she knew and yet she kept at him. it was maddening really if one ever sat to think about it but Aria tried not too or else she very well may give up on Winter and let him live his life all sulky and miserable.
shaking her head at his retort she sighed, the kind of sigh that one would give when dealing with a child. "not a greeting, the greeting you gave me. Aria. it sounds so informal. after all these years, i really would think you'd come up with something better. perhaps a pleasant hello or hi even." rolling her eyes skywards, she honestly felt like she was explaining things to a child. "you say that now but if you ever did let me close to you, you'd be whistling a different tune." Aria thought for a moment that perhaps she shouldn't be using so many phrases that he might not understand but then pushed that thought away. he was claiming to be smarter then her, he should understand everything she said. his next comment actually brought an out right laugh from her lips, something she was sure he didn't mean to do. controlling herself, she looked him in the eyes as laughter still danced behind her own. "if you think the girls of your year have class then you really don't know much. the girls of the years younger then me make me look like a saint and there is nothing classy about them. class is defined by having style and grace, both of which i have so how exactly is it that i am not classy?" raising her eyebrow at him, this confused her greatly. yes, she did like to sleep with her share of guys but at least she had the decency to take it behind closed doors unlike some people she had seen and knew for that matter. "you know, if you really didn't wish to speak to me we would never see one another. if your that good at avoiding people, why is it we always seem to bump into one another?" perhaps it was a question that would give his little world a shake but Aria doubted it.
looking herself over then back to him, a frown worked its way onto her lips. "how exactly do i look like a girl that goes into dirty areas?" she didn't have a spec of dirt on her and in fact she smelled shower fresh. "you know," Aria paused pressing her lips together. "there's always something i don't understand about our little run ins... you claim you don't desire to talk to me, yet we constantly run into one another. if you didn't want to talk to me then wouldn't a smarter person walk away? then when you do talk to me its nothing but insults when i've done nothing but be nice to you." it frustrated her beyond belief. which was part of the reason she was sure she was interested in him because any other guy in his position would have been left in the dust a long time ago. "so it leads me to believe that your either, lying horribly to yourself and actually want to talk to me. that your gay and thats the reason i repel you so much or that your an extremely spiteful human being." usually when Aria talked to Winter she wasn't this harsh with him, but to be quite honest she was long tired with his insults. "i'd almost be able to forgive you if it were one of the first two options but it seems more like the second and all i want to feel for you is pity. you act as though your better then me, when truth is you aren't and i'm not saying that to be conceited or anything like that. the big difference between you and me is the fact that i don't judge people, unlike you, i get to know them before being a complete and utter arse to them. it has to be pretty bad when sometimes i even find myself wondering why i waste my time with you." it was simply the truth she was spurting but she even felt a bit bad for it.

And I can't describe there's something about the way you change me there was never really time to be himself. or as he liked to call it, the facade that school made him put up. winter was a nice person. there wasn't a time where he didn't really try to be nice. he was always that sweet heart in the back ground pointing out everyone's best qualities and making sure that everyone in the room felt great but sometimes he really wanted to just lash out at the dumb ass who had tore down that one girl in his transfiguration class or that one girl who had bitched out the other. would that just murder his reputation as a nice person? not that he cared... but he did care what mattie thought of him and he didn't want mattie to think that he was some ballistic animal who couldn't control his fist because he could. just sometimes he honestly wanted to hit something or someone. like the female in front of him. he wouldn't hit her of course. he just wanted to push her calmly and walk away and not even look back. would that be too harsh? winter didn't really think so. beside it wasn't like aria wasn't used to guys walking away from her in the middle of the night. that thought forced the already formed scowl on his face to become more aware of the thing in front of him. he didn't know why he even gave her the time of day? he should have just avoided her completely. ran away like a puppy with his tail caught in between his legs. he wouldn't have cared what she thought of him but still something about her drew him in and he couldn't help that. it was horribly, oh the word that he had to search his mind... addicting.
he simply shrugged. "sorry, only an acquaintance or a friend get a hello and you happen to not be either of those," winter was already getting annoyed with the presence of aria, all he wanted her to do was disappear. "guess i'll never whistle that tune then," spoke winter his face moving once again into that scorn that seemed permanently scripted into his face when he was around aria. he rolled his eyes at her comment. because of the fact that mattie was in his year and that elena was in his year he knew that girls in his year were classier. it was just simply that. "i said classier, flint," said winter, a soft smirk appearing on his face. it wasn't a smirk of victory because he had just admitted she had some class. low class but class indeed. "because you stalk me or at least it seems that way." he blurted out before he could stop him. in reality it was true. it truly did seem like aria followed his every move in order to him when he was alone... as scary as that sounded. "i can think of plenty," glared winter before quickly rolling his eyes. he wanted nothing more than to run away from his crazy chick. then again she went trying to crawl her way into his mind. in that little slow way that she did. he hated it. it actually made him think about her like an actual person and he didn't want that. she was supposed to be nothing to him. nothing. but something in inside him was making him different. he remained silent and continued to stare at her as she continued to speak. he even found himself staring at her lips more often than not. still nothing came from his lips. no noise no movement. all he could do was stare at her. "you done?" he asked her softly before doing something that he knew he was going to regret in a few minutes. in a swift movement. he placed his hands on her cheek and pressed their lips together. he had no idea why he had done it exactly, mostly because he had nothing to lose. mattie wasn't giving him the time of day in this department... and well he had to face it. as much of an out girl aria was she was beautiful nonetheless.[/div] tag aria <3, jeans and tee, :)

we went streaking in the park skinny dipping in the dark. | ever since she had met Winter, Aria had been trying to figure out what it was about him that kept her coming back. it wasn't like any guy to keep her interested for all of that long so why him? at first she thought it was because he didn't give her what she wanted. then she had thought that it was simply their bickering and for the fact that it turned her on. not to mention whoever she hooked up with afterwards usually blew her mind and it had nothing to do with the guy but everything to do with Winter most of the time. as the years carried on though she still didn't even come close to figuring out what it was, she still didn't have a clue this very day. a rather large part of her just wanted him to give in already and sleep with her so she could figure out if it was that. yet another part of her was actually proud he held out this long because no other guy had. raising her eyebrow at his casually statement Aria simply shook her head. "then what exactly am i? if not a friend or acquaintance? i bet i can push your buttons more then any friend you actually do have." she replied, shrugging her shoulders just as he had done. her eyes danced along the smirk that was on his lips and she could very easily admit she was attracted to him, especially when he smirked.
"have i ever told you how sexy your smirk is? you should do it more often." it was a compliment though she was sure he would stop smirking immediately. "trust me Winter, i don't have time to stalk you and even if i did i can assure you'd i'd find something better to do with that time. like oh, i don't know, actually give attention to a guy or person that deserves it." even if majority of her attention did go to guys she spent equal amounts of time with her best female friend Nyla. so it wasn't as though all of her attention went on guys. "well then by all means share these plenty of things you can think of." Aria was honestly just testing him now, to see just what he could come up with. how she appeared to him like a girl that went in dirty areas. Aria didn't have much time to respond to his question of if she was done her little rant. it annoyed her that he didn't seem to reply, it was almost as though it went one ear and out the other. yet he did something that managed to shock even hers. before she really even knew it his cold hands were upon her cheeks and his warm lips were upon hers. it appeared as though Winter was actually kissing her and she seemed to be frozen on the spot, not sure how to react.
Aria was lost between a state of shock, pride and mortification. shock obviously because Winter was not only kissing her but he had initiated it. pride because the block was finally kissing her after all the effort she put forth. then mortification not because Winter was kissing her but because he was kissing her after she had insulted him and nearly yelled at him. if he got turned on by these things then they were going to have a serious problem. Aria didn't make a habit of yelling, nor did she yell to hear her own voice. there was usually a purpose or a reason behind her rant or something of the sort otherwise she wouldn't do it. even if Aria was known for several things, being a bitch amongst them, it wasn't something she enjoyed doing. not without cause at least. if she wanted to hear her own voice, she'd simply talk to herself, which wasn't the case at all. it didn't take her long though before she kissed Winter back, it wasn't as though she was going to pass this opportunity up. what surprised her though was how good of a kisser he actually was. she would have pegged him for a more shyer type, that let the girl take the led but he had done that all on his own. Aria gave him just a taste of what he had been missing out on all these years, not giving him all the good stuff up front. she may have wanted him to know what he was missing but she also wanted him to come back for more. a mental debate seemed to start taking place within her mind on if she should be the one to break the kiss on simply allow him. placing her hands gently over his she slowly broke the kiss, her lips not parting from his until the last possible second. she didn't say anything though, she simply looked up at him with pure shock and wonder. still curious as to what that was about.
