[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,400,true] | [atrb=background, i72.photobucket.com/albums/i198/vix121/2-5.jpg][scrolly:h(300),w(400),sy]summer had woken up in a bad mood. she’d been in a fairly bad mood a lot recently, considering that most of the time she was possibly one of the most happy go lucky people you could actually meet. the reason why she was feeling so shitty all of a sudden was luke. it wasn’t even that it was particularly sudden though, her feelings had just become mashed together pretty recently. she still couldn’t believe that she’d been so stupid in her fit of jealousy. wellll…summer supposed she could, she knew that she acted too often without thinking, but she didn’t want to believe it, despite the fact that the outcome was decent to her. she denied that to luke though. there was no way she was making it clear that she was alright with marrying him. she needed to complain as well and as much as he did to make it seem like she didn’t want it. the only real problem was that the two of them had to have a public face in front of the wizarding world, making it seem like they were happy to be betrothed and looking forward to their wedding. and so they were going out on “dates” to show that to the world. and well, summer had woken up to a day in which one such date was occurring. the red head got out of bed, yawning still, and rubbing the sleep from her eyes. it wasn’t as if it was early, she just wasn’t sleeping well. summer grabbed a dress from her wardrobe, realising that she should possibly make herself look vaguely respectable just in case they happened to come across people that she knew. she changed, and then put on a gold necklace with a small bird on the end. summer brushed through her long ginger hair, and applied her light make up – emphasising her eyes slightly. she pulled on some boots and grabbed a bag with her purse and various other necessary items, including her wand, which she shoved over he shoulder. she was meeting the annoying blonde boy who just so happened to be her best friend and her betrothed at a café in diagon alley that they’d been to before and found decent. summer was just running through in her head appropriate conversation topics that she could use; they’d tried to agree that talking about the wedding, or rose or their parents would just add fuel to the fire and possibly cause a serious rift between the two of them. just ignoring it, and leaving it alone seemed to work fine. summer had considered actually going a bit mental and causing a serious argument at some point – she’d felt that she wanted to address the fact that she was losing her best friend, she felt that possibly she could make him see how she felt by getting a boyfriend. she could still do that – she made a mental note to herself to look for a guy when she got the chance. summer headed out of the grounds and out into diagon alley, ducking into the café when she came upon in, and heading as near to the back of the cosy little place. it was nice and inconspicuous and offered a chance to relax and ignore the stupid problems that were occurring. she sat down at the table, and looked over the menu whilst waiting for lucian to arrive. word count: 571 notes: sorry it’s a bit short <3 just wanted to get it started =D

And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are lucian wasn't really ready to be the man his father wanted him to be. he was had been off for a few days. it was explainable though so he didn't really care much. he knew how weird his life had been since he became betrothed to marry summer. but well he honestly couldn't see his life without summer or at least some of her. she was amazing in every sense and he missed having her around, and it was apart from the obvious reasons. first of all she was his best friend and he missed her and second of all he missed her. he missed how they could make each other laugh without actually needing to say anything and could look at each other and almost know what they were thinking and things like that. he had been super close with summer, and it was thrown away the second she told his father about rose, that's when their relationship went to shreds. it was her fault, all her fault, and that was all that lucian could ever think about. but he still couldn't help his heart welt every time that he thought about her because after all she was his best friend so in the end it was decided that topics wouldn't be talked about when they were together. rose, the wedding and their parents were just a few of the topics that were not to be touched at all.
luke instead had shaken his hair, gotten dressed and walked out the door in such a slow motion that his room mate almost thought that he was dead. luke just told him he was going to meet the devil... it didn't help that luke was attracted to her. luke's attraction levels served little movements girls did and he wasn't sure if his mind had made it so he liked everything that summer did or if she changed at some point with him noticing but in the end there was still that attraction that he couldn't help but feel even that spark. ugh he felt baby vomit saying that word. luke sighed and smelled his shirt quickly making sure that it wasn't smelling like crap. he changed shirts. he didn't like the girl very much but he had to make a good impression after all lucian flint was just that a flint and being a flint was huge damn deal. especially when his children might be muggleborn, lucian shook his head away from those thoughts quickly trying not to think about that and apparated into diagon alley were he quickly but gracefully walked into the cafe and searched for the red hair that would give his stomach butterflies. he found it, in a corner. he found himself smiling a little as he approached the table but then convinced himself that it was all for show. yeah, it all for the people that were watching him, that were eyeing him as he approached the woman that he was to wed. he kissed her on the cheek. he'd never kissed her, except when they were maybe five or four but that didn't count. he hadn't actually kiss her and he wasn't planning too. he was afraid that he'd actually like it. "how was your morning honey?" [/color] asked lucian glancing at her smiling. he was used to these dates by now. [/div] tag summer, jeans and a tee shirt, hehe <3 [/center]

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,400,true] | [atrb=background, i72.photobucket.com/albums/i198/vix121/2-5.jpg][scrolly:h(300),w(400),sy]watching and waiting for luke, summer could only think about how it was all her fault that they were in this situation in the first place. if only she hadn’t been all so ridiculously jealous of luke and rose, nothing would have happened. she realised that it was stupid that she had gone to luke’s father but she’d been acting on her heart rather than her head, and all her heart was telling her was that she had to break them up somehow because otherwise her best friend couldn’t be hers. she had known that it would cause luke to hate her, and that it would probably only push her friend away even further, but she really hadn’t been ready to listen to reason, all she wanted to do was act. and lukes father had acted in precisely the way she wanted, but she was pretty sure that luke hadn’t listened to everything he’d said. she was even thinking that luke probably wouldn’t end up marrying her despite the fact that they were betrothed. but she was going to worry about that later. looking up as she heard footsteps coming towards her, she tucked a strand of her red hair behind her ear and smiled. ”hi darling.” she said with fake sweetness emanating from her words. ”it was lovely thanks, and yours?” their conversations seemed so ridiculous and false it was difficult for summer to continue them without laughing. the old summer and luke had laughed at people like this all the time – the people who married without love, the people who hated their husbands and wives, and look at what the two of them had become. it was awful, summer couldn’t believe it and she wanted nothing more than to apologise to luke. but it was a public place and summer really didn’t want to risk their public image. she knew precisely how luke’s father would react. her parents on the other hand didn’t really care what she did regarding her love life, they saw it as her own to make a choice with, and the two of them had never cared about blood status in their life. they had been bemused to find out their daughter was engaged but they’d thought it was going to happen anyway after they’d seen luke and summer basically grow up together. summer looked into luke’s eyes, sighing a little, ”want to order anything?” she was already beginning to run out of conversation topics and their date had only just started, summer could not see this going well. ”luke…i…” she paused and stopped, sighing again and looking down. ”never mind.” she couldn’t tell him how sorry she was now really could she? no. positive public image. ”the weather is wonderful outside today don’t you think. really perfect weather. i’d love it like this every day.” the red head smiled ahead, not meeting luke’s eyes. ”you know, this day reminds me of one a few years ago now. when we were back at hogwarts.” she looked at the table. ”we were outside by the black lake, i think we were in fifth year, and you pushed me in, but right before i fell, i grabbed your arm. and we were both in the water and we managed to start a trend of people swimming.” she smiled looking up once more. ”those were good days. i…miss them.”word count: 560 notes: =D =D love them

And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are two years ago if someone would have asked lucian if he would have ever thought of dating or even actually marrying summer, lucian and summer would have laughed so much and so hard that their sides would have started hurting and they would have gone out for some ice cream or something of the kind. it would have something simple or something of the kind. however now there was no laughing, no giggling and no ice cream. the last thing he wanted was to with summer, what he really wanted to was never talk to her again. he wanted to pretend that she didn't exist, well that and never talk to that again. he never wanted to see her again. never wanted to have anything to do with her period. he just didn't want her around. ever. summer was going to be the death of him and lucian just knew it. he knew that summer was going to kill him. how? he didn't exactly know but she was already softly stabbing him through the heart, with that knife that she called her flowing beautiful red hair. damn it. lucian was forced to play attention to something else, like her eyes or her porcelian skin, maybe her dress, anything but how attractive she was when it all came together. why was he cursed with liking red heads? why?
lucian was studying every little thing on the menu, only stealing glances at the beauty in front of him. it was hard, but he was trying to not look at her very often, especially for the fact that his mind was telling him that he was supposed to be hating her. lucian smiled at the menu instead at his fiancee. "oh just fine, woke up with the thought of you on my mind," a blantant lie, since he had woken up with his father on his mind and how he wasn't ready to be the man that his father wanted him to be, however the subject of parents, his girlfriend and the wedding were completely not to be touched for if touched well a fight and an even bigger wall between the dirty blonde and red head would form. sometimes talking like this with summer seemed so out of focus it was just amazing that he wasn't laughing from how fake summer looked talking to him. when their eyes connected however luke couldn't help but swalow a little and only nod. "yeah," he looked back down at the menu struck by the moment that they had just shared in the connection, she started speaking again and luke wondered if she had felt it too. his hope was shattared when she said nevermind. "weather's fine," [/color] grumbled the senior, looking down. but apperantly she hadn't heard him as she kept talking. the memory started to play in his mind as she said it, he smiled along with her, he even laughed a little. "i remember you screamed about the squid but i told you i'd be fine... i miss them too,"[/color] admitted luke their eyes meeting once again his stomach turned once again. his mind told him no however, his girl had screwed up his chances with his girlfriend.[/div] tag summer, jeans and a tee shirt, hehe <3 [/center]
