let me introduce you to fabian septimus potter, a senior, a potter and a.... slytherin? little confused well don't ask him about it and don't really expect an overly heated conversation regarding his family either. yes he looks like a mirror image of his grandfather (about fifty years younger of course xD) and yes he has been told about a hundred times before you have and in case you haven't guessed, he hates it. now fabian isn't your typical spiteful slytherin. don't stereotype him because he's not going to go around addressing muggleborns as mudbloods and supporters of muggleborns as traitors. he's not into all that millarky. what he does believe however is that muggles, not nessarily muggleborn wizards, are lower in society than witches and wizards. he feels that wizards are a far superior race and that any kind of muggle rights should be abolished. don't think however that this is just a belief that he made up overnight and woke up one morning thinking down with the monarchy! in fact it is something he has given great thought over, even researched into muggles and their history to really understand them. in all honesty, although he wouldn't publicly admit it, old voldermort had a point, to a degree. of course it was a little extreme for fabian and don't get him wrong he is glad his grandfather overcame him merely for the fact that he wouldn't be alive today if he didn't. however sometimes he cannot help but feel a little admiration for he who must not be named.

FRIENDS,

during hogwarts he wasn't exactly the most popular of students and he wouldn't have wanted to be. at first fabian was an easy target. disliked by slytherin's because he was a potter and as those stereotypical slytherin's do, judging a book by it's cover before realising that actually this was a boy that did not live up to his surname. the other houses were not so friendly to him either, most feeling a little uneasy around him mainly due to him looking so much like his demi god, worshipped grandfather but yet in a house of his enemy. perhaps it didn't make sense to them that their hero they had grown up reading about could now be in the house of the snakes. of course fabian wasn't their hero, he couldn't help his appearance. although everyone needs someone to look up to, to give them hope in this world just in case something did happen to go wrong again. now at university fabian has matured and rather than hiding away like he did at school he has opened himself up a little. he will not have loads of friends, just a few select close ones that can overlook his appearance and surname. plus a few acquaintances. as i said above, he isn't into all that muggleborn hating stuff so he wouldn't care what house his friends were in.

ENEMIES,

fabian doesn't make a point of going around making people hate him. he would much rather keep himself to himself and avoid confrontations. although i should imagine there would be some that would dislike him, mainly due to not understanding him. he doesn't exactly give much away so it would be understandable. overtime he has managed to keep his emotions within so he doesn't show them on the outside. some people could mistake him for being cold but that isn't how it is. he feels, it kills him but has trained himself so well that he cannot physically show it. his best friend could pass away and he would not shed a tear. although this wouldn't mean that he did not care. he is very good a burrying his head in the sand in the hope that when he emerges it will have just gone away. of course this is rarely the case. he doesn't tend to piss people off and should someone dislike him he doesn't particular care.

LOVERS,

fabian has never had a girlfriend. he has never even been kissed. although this fact about himself has never actually bothered him either. he has never really thought about it. perhaps he doesn't even like girls? nope. he has never found himself attracted by the same sex, only ever the opposite. but then how does he know? these are questions that he has vagely asked himself in the past although not something he has taken any deep thought over. he has never really gone out of his way to get someone he finds attractive to notice him either. however you might be surprised to know that he is the little romantic at heart, not that he is aware of this yet. perhaps he feels girls would want him to open up, for him to spend all his time with them and all that stuff. he likes being alone, having time for himself. however should he find a girl to his liking and the attraction is returned i should imagine that fabian would find himself a little overly obsessed with her. possessive could be the best word for it. although it would need to be someone that he found of interest to him.

ngl, he reminds me of Erik from X-Men: First Class which I am not complaining about at all. Okay, let's look at this. I have Olivia. Olivia's mother is Molly Weasley, so they're vaguely related. I can see there being a bit of tension here because of the fact that Olivia acts like she believes what her father does - about pureblood supremacy. Then again, she doesn't exactly rub it in people's faces, she pretty much stands passive. She loves history, though, so maybe they could talk about that? Hmm.

And then there's Eli. Eli thinks that Fabian is boring and dgaf about his last name (: But he's a bit of a dick, so we can ignore him.

alright, first, i'll simply introduce my little girl here. jaz is a nineteen years old sophomore slytherin. you see, during her childhood, her parents would lock her up inside their house. when she was very young, she was hospitalized after having a panic attack and the doctors told her parents she would not survive if she had any more of those. so they decided to always keep an eye on her and that meant not to let her go anywhere and play with other little kids as anyone would have done at that age. when she entered hogwarts, she already had this shell, this kind of wall, that she always kept up with most of people, simply because she was convinced her parents had hidden her from the world for a good reason and that everyone was there to get her. however, as she grew up, she realized that her parents, in fact, had no idea what they were talking about but she was still unable to get rid of the wall. in that way, they were kind of the same when they were at hogwarts. but she didn't actually grow up as the years went by. she stayed the same, a smartass, kind of bitchy, paranoid slytherin who, in fact, is really a kind and caring girl once you get to know her.

so i don't really know what could possibly go on between them. even though it looks like it, jasleen isn't either that typical slytherin who hates muggles and muggleborns and simply wants them dead. she doesn't really mind in fact. she doesn't bother even thinking about those kinds of things. oh yeah, you should also know that they are kind of related since her mother is a weasley. paula weasley, to be exact. so yeah. i really don't know xD got any ideas? i guess they could be kind of.. frenemies? who would then get to know each other and become friends? jasleen really enjoys her time by herself as well. she's not really the outgoing type so.. idk. lol.

arya and fabian -- may i say the second person who's not related to the potter clan whatsoever! -dances- anyways! lmao. arya's my itty bitty sophomore who suffers from mpd, multiple personality disorder. that's the first fact. but i think she'd find him quite interesting -despite the fact she's muggleborn- she likes to learn a lot. like a lot a lot and has the tendency to overlook situations just 'cause she's sort of in her own head all the time. but arya's also always drawing and sketching and such. sooo i think she'd talk to fabian and then maybe use some of his ideas as drawings or whatever. not quite sure. still figuring it out. she'd listen and discuss just different stuff about what he thinks and stuff? -totally brain fail from lack of sleep- anywaaays, she'd enjoy talking with him and be there more as a friend if he ever needed one. done! lmao.

austin and fabian -- ehhh, she wouldn't like him. not at all. slytherin. minus one. against muggles. minus two. and slytherin. again. minus another two. sooo y'know. LOL

okay, so we already have these two in that thread by the lake together, but i suddenly had an idea with the pair of them. and the fact that it's dan and emma definitely doesn't help XD anyway, i was thinking that since neither one of them has ever dated before, they might be an assortment of firsts? i know that there is a bit of an age difference between them, and she would most definitely disagree with his views on muggles, but she can't discriminate against him for being in slytherin because that's where her eldest brother is. so, since they are so awkward and cute around one another, i was thinking that perhaps, since she's a little more relaxed and open, they could have one of those summer romances? she'd try to help him open up a little and learn to enjoy the life he has, and he could help her by simply being there. she'd rather enjoy the idea of having someone to hold her or tell her that she was pretty, but in the end it didn't mean quite as much as they thought. instead, they'd be the best of friends, always able to turn to one another, but they'd have one of those flirty, i'm a girl, and i'm your friend, but i'm not a clingy girlfriend type things. does that make any sense at all? XD

adele & fabian---- so, they're direct cousins, since they're both potters and whatnot. I don't know how he would react to her, since they're very different, but also similar in some ways. It's semi mind blowing that she has more experience then he does. But neither of them were overly popular, both of them were judged because of their name- so on and so forth. I think they might have a sort of... understanding for each other. So one of two things could happen. One : they could be extremely close and have been for most of their lives, or there was a point when it happened recently? Or they could just sort of acknowledge the fact that they're family and they're similar and just... not be in each other's lives that much. It's one or the other... ideas?
alex & fabian---- I honestly don't think they would like each other at all. I think fish would find fabian to be a stick in the mud or something along those lines. So yeah. Despite the fact that they're related, I don't think they'd get along.
Lydia & fabian--- so, she would definitely have been one of the slytherins who stereotyped him from the beginning and bullied him mercilessly. So yeah. Not friends.

DECLAN && FABIAN Well, here we go as cousins. Meet the daughter of Lily Potter, younger sister to Fabian's father. Naturally, Declan loves her cousin, though she does not necessarily agree with his world views on muggles. Then again, she tries not to get into serious debates about such things. She grew up knowing it was a touchy subject. I was thinking these two could be friends, but more in the familial way. It's clear they probably wouldn't hang out on a daily basis, but Declan would love Fabian. He's her cousin, after all.
