dear professor sawbridge,
i'm having an awfully hard time with the homework you assigned today in class. something about phoenixes, or unicorns was it? i'm sorry but i just can't quite remember. i seemed to have been distracted, and that is just so unlike me. so perhaps you would be able to meet me and explain the outline again? if that wouldn't be too much to ask for, that is.
thank you, aralynn [/blockquote]

dear aralynn, of course. i would be more then happy to meet you to go over it again. i'm afraid that i am busy for the rest of the day but the title of the homework was to write an essay on the uses of unicorn blood and why it is so precious. just make sure next time you listen a bit more carefully ok? if you have any problems with it please don't hesitate to contact me.

dear professor sawbridge,
well, would you be able to meet tonight? i swear i borrowed one of my friend's notes, but they weren't that thorough, and i really want to do well on this paper. i would really, really, appreciate if you met with me and went over the class material. and i promise i wasn't trying to be distracted. i couldn't help it. my distraction was standing at the front of the classroom.

dear professor sawbridge,
thank you professor! i won't let you down. i'll work on the paper harder than any others i've had. and sorry about that. sometimes i can be a little aggressive when it comes to getting what i want. you're right. it wasn't appropriate, but i'm glad it was received well. so tonight, your office? what time works for you, and i'll be there. thanks again for squeezing me in professor.

dear aralynn, yes. my office, say 7 o'clock? try not to be late because i have plans at 8 so if your late it's only your time you're wasting miss mulciber. it's my pleasure. i don't mind helping my best students when they need help.
