so as you all know i make the skins of the site. the skin now is just over a month old and i'm thinking of making a new one mid-august. i'd love to hear suggestions or even comments about a new skin. did you like this one? was there something that you would like to see different? for the next skin what colors would you like to see? just things like that. this will help me come up with something for the next skin. |

i'm not very creative so can't be a HUGE help here but i do like how bright and welcoming this site looks so i shouldn't deviate too far away from the colourings of it. sorry i couldn't be much help!

i, like hugh, do like the bright colors in this current skin. it makes me feel welcomed. if you could have bright colors, not the exact same colors, but bright ones not dark, in the next skin that would be nice. perhaps the skin images should be a bit more... harry potter related? i don't know. if i was a guest, though, taking a first look at the site via the skin, i wouldn't have known it was a harry potter site. and i also wouldn't mind if, for the staff side box, you could do a hover code over the images of the staff member's main characters, which lists the staff member's current characters with links to their profiles. and... that's my opinion, basically. |

agreed with everyone else's comments! i'd say yes! bright colors and some hover links! buuut other than that, i think that's about it! it's perfect! <333

I personally have two requests. The first would to be avoid really small fonts because i'm blind enough as it is and the second one is not extremely bright colors because it can be blinding. Other than that, have fun Shayla ^^

The colors on the site currently aren't actually bright to me. They're more neutral I guess? I like them though. They're very warm and non-stressful. I would stay lighter anyway though, because it might start messing with signatures if you go way darker. Maybe you could do something season related? I honestly have no idea what time of year it is in the roleplay, but I do tend to over look that sort of thing even when it's posted right in front of me. If you do go the season route, there's always Halloween coming up. And who doesn't love that? It would be a way to make it a little more witchy without having to necissarily have the Harry Potter cast to make it seem like a Harry Potter roleplay.
