as far as his sense of style goes outside of his school uniform goes, he tends to be rather preppy, preferring jeans that fit rather than those that hang down past his butt, a polo or a nice sweater. really the only thing that might not fit exactly are the converse as he refuses to wear anything else. romeo is rather metro sexual, insisting that not a hair be out of place on his head and his clothes look to be in pristine condition. this does not change when in uniform and he is one of the students that the staff can count on to be in tip top shape, never requiring any correction as far as dressing goes.

romeo’s greatest fear is death. he has been told that this is not an uncommon fear, but what people don’t realize is that he fears the death of a loved one more than he fears death for himself, and the also don’t realize that before his grandmother past away this was the furthest fear from his mind. reasons for this fear include loneliness, he insists that, that is the greatest form of sadness something that he has yet to be able to over come. he understands that without sadness their could not be happiness and without death their could not be life, but it is not something that he has yet allowed himself to accept.

personality:
as soon as he arrived at the university, he was quickly pegged as a youth with limitless potential, cleverer than most of the professors at the school could handle. there was a sly, genius glint in his blue eyes, something that struck envy in the hearts of many.
romeo is the university's resident playboy extraordinaire. to him, life is a game, so he figures he might as well enjoy it and play it to his best advantage. Confident and debonair, he has an easy charm and way with words. Extremely manipulative, he does what it takes to get him what he wants... and enjoys every move of the game. In fact, the journey to his prize is often half the pleasure. Anything or anyone who resists or stands in his way is merely a challenge to him - something to make the game interesting. He can be accused of being cold-hearted and unfeeling at times. He seldom sees people as humans, viewing them more as toys in the larger scheme of things. compassion is not his strongest suit. being a vaisley status and wealth, on the other hand, play an important role in his life. raised in the luxury of the vaisley manor, he has grown accustomed to the finer things in life and has seen what the power of status can accomplish. As such, he is not about to give it up anytime soon. at school, he has undeniable status, within both the student body and the staff members. He has found that the Academy is often times more than willing to turn a blind eye towards his misdemeanors and rule-breaking habits, and uses this to his full advantage. Within the student body, he is well within the upper rungs of the social ladder, associating with the crowd that holds the highest status in the food chain.
part of his life is certainly the enigma that is women. The attention from the fairer sex is what keeps him going, it just him a high unattainable by drugs or alcohol. Since half way through his second year, this womanizer has been known far and wide as one of the most experienced, cunning and seductive men without the surname of bond. He is not afraid to walk up to a lady and ask for a dance. He finds that a gentle mixture of audacity and courteous charm are the ingredients for a cozy Saturday night. Ah, the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of the feast. It is these that drive him into the social wilderness. A dashingly twisted smile invades his lips a good ninety percent of his existence. Fingers twirl sensual coils on the hand as he goes in for the strike. Venom sweet as honey as he sets his fangs in deep. He is one smooth soul. When you like to cause trouble as much as romeo vaisley does, one must have a plan for the proper form of action. Be this plan a well-realized lie, conveniently placed back door or ready to pluck strings of familiars, he has it all up his sleeve. He was never one for mathematical equations, but good Lord, did he know how to get out of them. This precious wisdom came from both common sense and trial and error tests lasting throughout his life. He is the first to admit his genius, and the last to admit its failure. It is the man’s pride, what you going to do?
surprisingly enough, one of his favorite things to do is sit down with a good book and dig in. It seems the most contrast hobby for a wild child like he, but it, like his other addictions, offers an escape. while lacking the attention span to write his own, many say his ideas and observations would serve him well as a writer. something to fall back on, he tells him with a charming grin. He is definitely complex, and could be described as a book not unlike the ones he loves. because so often he appears to be one thing and turns out to be so much more or much more diverse than what you would have first been lead to think.

history:
romeo marion vaisley is the youngest child and heir of riley vaisley, head of the department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes at the Ministry and madison rowle, trophy wife and lady of leisure. he was born on the 20th of october with a full head of brown hair and a silver spoon firmly in his mouth. From a very young age, he understood the beauty of his life of luxury and the privileges he was entitled to. the vaisley manor was fully staffed and his every whim and fancy was well looked after from the word. In fact it has even been rumored that baby romeo’s cradle was made of pure gold. However, both he and his parents will tell you that this could not be further from the truth. a rowle nor a vaisley would never indulge in anything so vulgar or flamboyantly ostentatious. sure, they had the best money could offer, but such gaudy furnishing were best left for the tasteless nouveau rich halfblood/muggle born who felt it was necessary to flaunt their glittery baubles at every opportunity. those types of things were not for the vaisley clan; no they were not only of pure blood but of old money and therefore had class.
romeo was raised as a prince, never having to lift a finger on his own accord. maids and nannies alike were always there to insure he would not have to work a day in life. Never. Which was entirely too fine with him. as he grew, this lack of laboring skills only grew worse. the only reason his grade were kept up so constantly was because of his actual liking for school and magic. It was one of the greatest social parlors of a young man’s life. That’s not to say that he hasn’t occasionally cheated, swindled or bribed to get to the top. However, being raised by a nanny and maid at the family's home in London while riley worked and madison attended luncheons and social galas, and while together spent more of their time fighting than anything else left him craving parental attention, love, and approval in everything he did and achieved. Unfortunately, more often than not riley and madison merely smiled approvingly, patted his head, and gave him whatever fancy toy he wanted and left. It wasn't that they didn't love their son; they simply had more important things to do with their lives. As far as his mother was concerned, she had produced her husband an heir and thus her job was done. Surely their son would appreciate the freedom and liberation they gave her? As the married couple recalled, youths hate being stifled and smothered by controlling parents, and so as far as they were concerned, they were being the BEST parents any child could ask for.
the beginnings of romeo's teenage years were turbulent to say the least. with the introduction of partying to his life, he jumped on that horse and started on a cross-country race. the women took one look at him and fell in love, but the attention and caring showed to him were never truly given back unless they were damn near flawless. he never really was in the market for a relationship. and more power to them if they thought they could change that.
the year he turned eighteen he graduated from hogwarts and enrolled into the the next step - the university, and couldn't have been more thrilled. it was at this point that the freshman set out to secure his place in the highest rung of the university's social ladder, and actually he's done an excellent job. everything was going great up until last year when his grandmother past away, alot of things for him has changed, and people who knew him before could tell the slight difference in his personality, someone who already wasn't strong in the compassion department got even more colder than before. but enough about that, upon coming to the university he has had quite a few accomplishments already. as far as they go, his greatest one to date, at least in his mind was making a position on the quidditch team and being acclaimed as d.a.d.a genius - with potential to be one of the best, his parents, too, were proud. the new broom said it all. of course, knowing romeo, he has in fact tried his hand at a few relationships, and just as he had suspected none of them have ended well. this year he plans to get it right this time though.

Life was definitely not easier as Piper Kensington, if anything it was twenty-five times harder. People saw her, and thought she had a perfect life, but they only saw what she wanted them to see. They didn’t see the child that had been abandoned by her parents. Left with her grandparents in California, while her parents went on some archeological dig, only remembering she existed on holidays. They didn’t see that because she appeared to have such a perfect life that she was held to much higher standards than most. She didn’t leave the house looking any less than perfect, because perfection is what her family and even her friends demanded, and despite what some may have thought, she hated the idea of disappointing those that she cared most about. The demanded perfection, because many lived vicariously through the brunette ‘Barbie’. She put on a smile, because that is what she had been raised to do, and that is what people still wanted her to do. No one saw that deep down inside, she was still a scared child, wishing on a star, hoping against all odds that fairytales were real, and despite the smile, hope was beginning to dwindle…especially since the accident and the death of Tyler.
'They're fakes' Piper heard her friend say. A small smile played over her delicate features. Of course they were, as if she could expect anything less from Blair. Sure, she was a gorgeous girl, and with P’s help, she dressed like a star, but sometimes, Piper couldn’t help, but roll her eyes, particularly at times when her friend showed that she was a bit fashion challenged. Of course, the tiny brunette had to admit that today was not one of these days. Today her best friend looked amazing. Sure, the shoes were fakes, but they did compliment the dress she was wearing rather nicely, and Miss. Kensington was no Kiersten Westwick, so knock offs could definitely be forgiven if worn appropriately. 'A little like Owen'. Piper rolled her eyes at her friends comment. She hated these stupid fights, she hated them because Blair was her best friend, and so by default she took her side, however, it was made difficult by the fact that Owen was like a brother to her. Sometimes she wished they’d just end it for good. Of course, she knew that if the dysfunctional golden couple did that, things would be uncomfortable for a while, but she was still confident that if that happened, that eventually the two would make nice, and be able to be friends, and if they could do that, well, that would just make Piper Kensington’s not so simple life, a little less complicated…on some days. However, she didn’t hold her breath that this would happen very soon. No, she knew better, if she did that, she would end up dead waiting on them, to finally figure out what she had figured out long ago, but failed to share…they were no good.
